Backyard Flower & Berry Garden

This garden was created as part of a larger landscape installation and developed through a collaborative approach. Our role focused on site preparation, soil building, and establishing the underlying structure that would allow the garden to thrive over time.

We handled material sourcing and delivery, heavy lifting, soil amendments, and the installation of trellises, stone accents, and driftwood edging. Once the framework was in place and the berry plantings established, the garden was intentionally handed over.

The client then shaped the space through her own planting choices, filling the garden with flowers selected for cutting, sharing, and daily enjoyment. Over time, the garden has become a reflection of both the land and the person tending it.

This project illustrates how thoughtful groundwork and shared stewardship can create space for personal expression, allowing a garden to continue evolving beyond its initial installation.
